Bulk carrier headed out with a tug standing off alongside. Then that funky pusher tug ASSATEAGUE that I normally see hanging right at the breakwater for Los Angeles/Long Beach
Not enough of a look. One looked liked a Kaiser-class USNS support ship but really hard to tell with the camera swinging around.
Looks like somewhere near the Alameda Naval Station but can't say for sure
