register ballot numbers and scan against government issued numbers.. like money. each ballot accounted for, tracked at all times and scanned on receipt against a US ID citizen and SS#
if we get suddenly 300 million dem ballots, then it's pretty clear who cheated.. it won't need to get to 'hot' or ' armed'

how about everyone votes with a INK dipped fingerprint. you get a fingerprint scan at international arrivals anyways.. phones use them too … so it isn't some obscure concept.. once you vote you get inked… one of those super hard to wash off inks
if you have ink on your hands you can't vote twice…
