The way things work here UK anon is that the States have rights. The Federal government can't just come barreling in the states. Trump has had the National Guard on call waiting for call from any these states that request Federal assistance. None have and even rejected the help from Trump.
There's an easy and cheap fix for all this "global warming" which a lot of people don't know about because mainstream and other entities do not want you to know about it.
