The debate was rigged from the start with POTUS debating that hack moderator and Biden at the same time. POTUS fought well and landed punches where it was needed.
It is the states and the mayors of said cities to quell the violence. This is why you have 3 levels of government. POTUS has been following the rule of law to a tee in that regard and the people of said cities have now seen these people for who they really are.

Look at the demographics of the country. Look at the major cities and all the ethnic enclaves that are being created…..you basically have voting blocks that are being swayed to vote a particular way.
The rural folk have no say and are at the mercy of the big cities. Its going to be quite a mission to turn things around if the demographics are any indication.
