We all know the Bush family is in the top echelon of corrupt dispicable families. With that in mind absolutely destroying their character (in this case re: Barbara Bush) by exposing all of their corruption would cause a certain amount of unnessasary harm. She stood as a positive symbol to many for various reasons, ex. her encouragement of literacy. Having her die this way allows the positive message to remain while her corruption still leaves this Earth. The reason I'm mentioning this is I believe this is the soft rollout for George H. W. Bush to "pass away" in a "oh look how cute, he loved her so much he couldn't live without her" sort of deal. Q has alluded to this sort of thing when he made mention about certain crimes (and disclosures) can not be made public for "the good of humanity".

So in the spirit of keking at the cabal I'm calling it now; GHWB will "pass away" due to love vs. see his day in court/gitmo.

PS- taking down the Pope will be similarly delicate. Having his shit aired (or the Catholic Church in general) would be detrimental to millions/billions of people WW. He will have to be removed for simple "heresy", step down, or "pass away" from "natural causes". This would allow the office of the Pope to remain (without damaging the faith of so many) so that a decent person can lead the church back on the right path.
