He's right about Trump's follow-through - but here's the reason - TRUMP is ten steps ahead of people in his thoughts. So he needs to actually think about how he expressed things.

 

He is very high "Analytical" (So am I and i have this problem too). And this just means he skips steps in his thought process. He doesn't go from A to B to C to D.

 

He goes A to F to Q to Z.

 

And a lot of people have trouble following that.

 

This is why he's rarely wrong. He just can't explain things in a simple way unless he takes his time to spell things out.
