Attorneys for Kyle Rittenhouse Prepare Defamation Lawsuit After Joe Biden Accuses Kid of Being White Supremacist in Post Debate Ad

After last night’s debate, the Biden camp put together a video that they then tweeted out indicating President Trump and Kyle Rittenhouse are white nationalists. This is not true and now a defamation claim is being prepared against Joe Biden.

In last night’s debate the moderator and Joe Biden’s tag team member, Chris Wallace, pressed President Trump to condemn violence in American cities by white nationalists. The two cities where Wallace said white nationalists were active were Kenosha and Portland. President Trump responded by saying all the destruction over the past few months comes from the radical left.

Wallace kept pressing the President who then asked Wallace to name names. Wallace finally labeled the ‘Proud Boys’ as the only group he could think of who were white nationalists (it’s unknown what evidence he has for this claim).

After the debate, candidate Biden used this exchange in an advertisement, wrongly accusing the President of being a white nationalist and indicating Kyle Rittenhouse was as well:

Now it looks like Biden has a lawsuit coming based on his defamation of the young 17 year old in Kenosha who was involved in the death of two men from the Antifa/BLM riots while acting in self defense.

China to probe Google over Android’s possible market abuse

Beijing is preparing to launch an antitrust probe into Alphabet’s Google, looking into allegations it has leveraged the dominance of its Android mobile operating system to stifle competition, Reuters reported, citing sources.

Two people familiar with the matter said that the case was proposed by tech giant Huawei last year and has been submitted by the country’s top market regulator to the State Council’s antitrust committee for review.

They added that the decision on whether to proceed with a formal investigation may come as soon as October and could be affected by the state of China’s relationship with the US.

The potential investigation follows US actions against Chinese companies, such as Huawei and TikTok, which were accused of threatening America’s national security.

China is currently revamping its antitrust laws with proposed amendments including a dramatic increase in maximum fines and expanded criteria for judging a company’s control of a market.

According to Reuters’ sources, a potential probe would also look at accusations that Google’s market position could cause “extreme damage” to Chinese companies like Huawei, as losing the US tech giant’s support for Android-based operating systems would lead to loss of confidence and revenue.

“China will also look at what other countries have done, including holding inquiries with Google executives,” one of the sources said.

Flurry Of Corporate Layoffs Continue As Disney, Shell, & Continental Announce Mass Firings

As we look ahead to the last jobs report before the Nov. 3 US election, a growing number of corporations across various hard-hit industries are announcing tens of thousands of layoffs, as 'PPP' employment restrictions expire and the financial backlash from COVID-19 continues to ravage corporations and households.

Already this week, Royal Dutch Shell, Continental Airlines, Dow Chemicals, and Marathon Petroleum have announced restructuring plans that involve laying off tens of thousands of workers. Yesterday, Disney announced plans to eliminate 28,000 jobs as most of its theme parks remain closed, and the movie business remains effectively shuttered.

Royal Dutch Shell announced Wednesday morning, a new layoff program to cut upwards of 9,000 jobs, or about 10% of its workforce, as the oil major overhauls its oil and gas segments to low-carbon energy.

The Anglo-Dutch company said it would cut between 7,000 to 9,000 workers by the end of 2022. The total includes around 1,500 workers who have already agreed to leave the company this year.

The reductions are a move by Shell to decrease its corporate footprint and save costs as it transitions into low-carbon energy.

"Reduced organisational complexity, along with other measures, are expected to deliver sustainable annual cost savings of between $2.0 to $2.5 billion by 2022. This will partially contribute to the announced underlying operating cost reduction of $3.0 to $4.0 billion by the first quarter of 2021. Job reductions of 7,000 to 9,000 are expected (including around 1,500 people who have agreed to take voluntary redundancy this year) by the end of 2022," the company said in a press release.

In a statement, Shell CEO Ben van Beurden said, "We have to be a simpler, more streamlined, more competitive organization that is more nimble and able to respond to customers."

"Make no mistake: this is an extremely tough process. It is very painful to know that you will end up saying goodbye to quite a few good people," van Beurden added.

As for Shell's oil and gas production, there was a noticeable sharp drop in output to about 3.04 million barrels of oil equivalent per day due to the decline in demand because of the virus pandemic and a busy hurricane season in the US Gulf Coast that forced offshore platforms to halt operations.

It was obvious Judge Sullivan had not even read the multiple exculpatory files that had been given to him. That’s because he apparently hasn’t read our briefs on those subjects. Some of you may remember Chamath Palihapitiya from his warning that social media was “ripping apart the social fabric of how society works,” which received generous attention in the media and went viral as a result. What most people completely missed, and what no single major media outlet reported — at least to the best of my knowledge — was when he explained that “150 men rule the world” and they are “going to roll over” the tech entrepreneurs in the coming years.

Within just a few months of these unambiguous claims, a series of controversial laws from different governments were either proposed or passed, that would impose harsh penalties and fines on tech companies that did not censor postings considered to be “harmful” or “dangerous” by the authorities. In Germany, for example, the government passed a law that would fine social media sites up to £44 million if they did not remove whatever they decided qualified as “hate speech” within 24 hours. Similarly, the European Union proposed that “terrorist” content be taken down within an hour or face harsh penalties. Repeat offenders could be sanctioned by up to 4% of their global turnover, which amounts to billions and billions of dollars.

As we all presumably know by now, censorship has since grown to unprecedented levels. I myself have had my YouTube and Facebook accounts deleted, as has the Free Thought Project, amongst many others who have been accused of “inauthentic activity” or something equally ambiguous . And then more recently, in the face of this current pandemic, censorship of information has become even more brazen, to the point of even targeting respected experts, such as Knut Wittowski and others, for challenging the lockdown policies being imposed. In all instances the authorities claim that this is for the public’s safety and protection.

Whether this censorship is the result of the “150 men that rule the world” or not, is something that we can only speculate about since the likelihood of an admission is practically nil. Considering his wealth and position in society, and also his frankness and authenticity of expression, however, Chamath Palihapiti’s claims should not be taken lightly.

CIVIL WAR AT FOX NEWS? Ingraham, Gutfeld, Others Attack Chris Wallace After Debate

Multiple Fox News hosts attacked one of their own, anchor Chris Wallace, after Tuesday’s first presidential debate.

Wallace struggled to control Tuesday’s debate, which saw President Donald Trump and Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden clash and insult each other numerous times.

Following the debate, some of Wallace’s co-workers began to criticize how he handled the evening, with many saying Trump was forced to debate him in addition to Biden.

“Trump is debating the moderator and Biden,” Fox’s Laura Ingraham tweeted.

Host Greg Gutfeld seemed to agree with Ingraham, re-tweeting multiple comments about Trump debating two people. In one retweet, podcast host Stephen L. Miller wrote that “Wallace is grilling Trump on his supporters taking to the streets when antifa is burning businesses down right now.”

“A draw between the contestants/combatants & a loss for the moderator,” another comment re-tweeted by Gutfeld reads. Gutfeld also wrote it “was not good” that Wallace laughed along with Biden at one point during the debate.

In a since-deleted tweet, Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade also aimed at Wallace, tweeting that it “looks like 2 V 1” debate at times. Kilmeade wondered why Biden was “allowed to interrupt” while Trump was not in a second tweet.

“Biden seems to interrupt with impunity,” Ingraham pointed out as well.

Meanwhile, Fox News contributor Andy McCarthy said that Wallace “should get out of the way” and called him out for not pressing Biden on the Green New Deal.

“Chris Wallace jumps in a second time when Biden having trouble with Trump’s questioning,” McCarthy noted.

Wallace also faced a lot of criticism outside of Fox News, like from commentators and pundits. Almost everyone dubbed the first presidential debate a dumpster fire of sorts.

‘The Tech Giants Are Silencing Those Who Hold Different Opinions’: Hungary Govt Twitter Account Suspended

The official English language Twitter account of the Hungarian government was temporarily suspended on Wednesday, with no explanation yet given.

A Hungarian government spokesman told Breitbart London that @AboutHungary, a Twitter account used by the Ministry of Public Diplomacy and Relations went dark on Wednesday morning, before returning a few hours later. A placeholder message left by the micro-blogging network stated that “Twitter suspends accounts which violate the Twitter rules”.

The spokesman told Breitbart London that Hungary had requested an explanation from the Sillicon Valley tech giant. He said: “The government’s official English language Twitter page, and there was no response or indication from Twitter that they had blocked our account, they just went ahead and did it.

The official spokesman for Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, Zoltán Kovács took to Twitter himself to decry the outage, and noted the timing of the event, as it came as the European Union launched a new report on the rule of law across Europe on Wednesday. Brussels and populist, conservatively minded nations like Hungary and Poland persistently lock horns over these issues, with Warsaw and Budapest citing states’ rights with the EU urging a continued move towards a more federated, globalist bloc.

Kovács said: “This is extremely interesting in view of the fact that the [EU Commission] will publish its first rule of law report today. It seems that the beautiful new world has finally arrived, in which tech giants are silencing those who hold different opinions. We have taken the necessary steps and are awaiting an official explanation from Twitter.”

The Hungarian government also blasted the EU’s Rule of Law Report on Wednesday, calling it fallacious and absurd, pointing out that the majority of contributing bodies to the paper on Hungary itself are funded by George Soros’s Open Societies Foundations. Budapest said in a statement seen by Breitbart London: “The choice of sources in the report is biased and non-transparent.

“It is unacceptable for the Commission’s Rule of Law Report to be written by organisations forming part of a centrally financed international network engaged in a coordinated political campaign against Hungary. The Hungarian chapter makes reference to twelve “civil society organisations”, eleven of which have in recent years received financial support from the Open Society Foundations linked to Mr. Soros.

“Hungary is one of the few Member States where genuine pluralism prevails in the media, in ideological debates, and in the public sphere in general. Unlike the Western European media landscape, which is overwhelmingly dominated by leftist and liberal outlets, in Hungary the situation is more balanced, with conservative and Christian Democratic views also receiving meaningful coverage in the public sphere.”

Biden says corruption claims against Hunter Biden are 'totally discredited.' But that's not true.

Joe Biden claimed during Tuesday's presidential debate that scrutiny surrounding his son's financial dealings with Russian interests has been "totally discredited."

But that's not exactly true.

What did Biden say?

About halfway through the chaotic debate, President Donald Trump homed in on Hunter Biden and scrutiny surrounding his work in Ukraine and Russia during the Obama administration, for which he was paid handsomely. Biden's critics have suggested the financial payments are evidence of corruption and a conflict of interest while Biden was vice president.

Trump asked, "While we're at it, just out of curiosity, the mayor of Moscow's wife gave your son $3.5 millions of dollars. What did he do to deserve it?"

"None of that is true; it's been totally discredited," Biden responded.

When Trump attempted to rebut, debate moderator Chris Wallace, an anchor at Fox News, continually interrupted Trump and gave Biden the floor.

JPMorgan Chase Admits to Two New Felony Counts – Brings Total to Five Felony Counts in Six Years – All During Tenure of Jamie Dimon

As the attention of Americans is focused on surviving the pandemic and the pivotal presidential debate tonight, William Barr’s Justice Department decided to quietly hand an early Christmas present to a notorious Wall Street bank.

Under the richly compensated leadership of Chairman and CEO Jamie Dimon, JPMorgan Chase, the largest bank in the United States, has admitted to an unprecedented five criminal felony counts since 2014 and put on criminal probation three times. Dimon notched two of those felony counts in his belt today. (That’s five felonies more than the bank pleaded guilty to in its prior 100 years of existence. Translation: this is not normal even on Wall Street.)

The bank has agreed today to pay criminal fines and admit to two felony counts of wire fraud for manipulating (spoofing) trading in the precious metals and U.S. Treasury markets. Why the Justice Department is bringing only two counts when its own charging document indicates that traders engaged in “tens of thousands of instances of unlawful trading in gold, silver, platinum, and palladium…as well as thousands of instances of unlawful trading in U.S. Treasury futures contracts and in U.S. Treasury notes and bonds…” is one more sign that this Justice Department is egregiously failing the American people and making a mockery of the word “justice.”

This Justice Department is not only defining deviancy down; it’s defining outrage down. Where is the U.S. Attorney’s voice announcing his resignation over this sellout of a deal?

The routine of charging the largest bank in the United States with felonies and placing it on a three-year probation is now so yawn-worthy at the U.S. Department of Justice that the prosecutors didn’t even bother to hold the usual press conference today to announce the charges and settlement. The Justice Department simply issued a press release and a Deferred Prosecution Agreement which both sides had already signed.

Sweeping the whole mess up and tying it with a tidy bow meant that the Securities and Exchange Commission and Commodity Futures Trading Commission also had to agree to the settlement, which they obligingly did.

Representing JPMorgan Chase as outside counsel were lawyers from Kirkland & Ellis (the law firm with which Attorney General William Barr was associated before coming to the Justice Department) and lawyers from Sullivan & Cromwell, where SEC Chairman Jay Clayton was a partner before taking the lead at the SEC. Explosive Amazon warehouse data suggests serious injuries have been on the rise for years and robots have made the job more dangerous

Leaked data obtained by the investigative-journalism site Reveal about injury rates inside Amazon warehouses suggests the company has publicly downplayed how dangerous its warehouses are for workers.

The data shows injury rates have climbed every year from 2016 to 2019, that robotic warehouses on average clock more injuries than non-robotic ones, and that injury rates increase significantly during busy periods including Prime Day and Amazon’s “peak” holiday season.

Amazon rejected the claim that it misled the public and said Reveal’s metrics for what constituted a “serious injury” skewed its interpretation of the injury data.

A new bombshell report says Amazon has a burgeoning problem with injuries in its warehouses and suggests the retail giant has consistently downplayed the issue.

A whistleblower handed injury data from Amazon’s US warehouses — called fulfillment centres by the company — to the Centre of Investigative Journalism’s outlet Reveal.

The data breaks down how many injuries occurred weekly across 150 Amazon warehouses in the US from 2016 to 2019. A serious injury was defined by Reveal as one that required time off work or changes to the job.

The leaked data shows Amazon logged 14,000 serious injuries across 150 US warehouses in 2019. This was 33% higher than Amazon’s injury rate in 2016, and almost twice the industry standard.

Injury rates per 100 workers increased every year since 2016.

The data also showed that injury rates were higher on average in warehouses that had operating robots and that injuries spiked during the busy peak season ahead of Christmas and on Amazon’s bonanza shopping events Prime Day and Cyber Monday.

The report indicated that in the most common type of warehouse (which processes small to medium-size items) the average rate of injury was 50% higher in warehouses with robots than those without from 2016 to 2019.

When contacted by Business Insider, an Amazon spokeswoman said that the company rejected claims it ever misled the public and that Reveal’s metrics for what constituted a “serious injury” skewed its interpretation of the data. She did not address the data on robotic versus non-robotic warehouses or peak season.
