Q
Please help some of the doctors/nurses who are NOT guilty. They are fighting over-charged prosecutions. Many of the doctors/nurses were just trying to help w/the pain that their patients suffered.
The prosecutors are just trying to get them to plea or empty their bank accounts. Those that are willing to fight for their innocence are targeted victims of the war on illegal drugs brought into the country ie. Fentanyl, heroin etc.
I don't know about ALL the cases around the country…but I do know a couple that have been falsely accused; been offered 2 plea deals which they will not accept. The case has been on-going for 5 yrs now (the recent plea deal offered comes 5 yrs later). They will NOT plea. They will continue to fight for their INNOCENCE.
IMO, MOST doctors/nurses DO care for their patients and want to help. To just TARGET and automatically charge IS a crime! Pretty soon, the public at large will not find doctors willing to work in a system that comes after those that WANT to help the public!
NOT EVERYONE IS COMMITTING FRAUD!! >>FACT!!!
The prescriptions need to be taken off the market if they are a danger to the public.
Prescribing medication that is LEGAL and provides no guidelines for its administration, should not by definition be classified as a crime!
