i was/am hoping he used some analytics to plan for debate to help votes, he kept it simple, used a strong sense of true emotional appeal to two categories of swing and non-white voters. He has to attract swing voters, the parties never win en election by themselves.
The areas I think can attract the most swing voters are safety & law/order, deliver himself and hold Ds responsible. Corruption and Marxism, Hispanic voters are very sensitive to both relative to average americans (imho), and blacks are becoming aware of the Dem scams.
