No, he didn't. That He didn't address it was because it wasn't something rampant the way it is now, and not something winked at, like adultery. For Christ to address it would have been simply preaching to the choir. He therefore focused on other issues that were more commonly perpetrated. Not addressing it didn't mean He was accepting of it.

 

On the other hand, Paul addressed it because he was preaching to Gentiles in pagan lands where it was more common and acceptable.
