Don't gloss over the line regarding "threat."
I think this means there was a direct threat to trump and company that there would be something happening. Possibly they know where the threat came from. Thus the post that followed regarding the coming response stating "Strike Package 111V-B." begins to make sense.
Strike Package is strike team targeted against a particular person or group. So if they know who made the threat, then they know who to strike.
