They use IBM data centers for their large data base of 99.9% I.P's geo-tagged
The timestamp of April 13 coincides with a press release on their blog reversing their previous decision to stop tagging I.P's with lat&long coordinates in their next version of the data base. Not quite sure how this all connects to the Q drop yet tho
