BUT
regardless of alex jones' beliefs
he is a crisis merchant
he retains more viewers and makes more money
when there is a CRISIS
if things are going well and he says as much…. people have no reason to tune in… they spend their time doing something else instead
he needs their to be perpetual crisis… and what you saw with his reaction to syria was him capitalizing on a chance to create/maintain a crisis
other people rely on this method as well….. even people we might consider allies, like hannity
if you want honest analysis find people that create content that aren't doing so for money/viewers
