Did Joe Biden have a drug trigger device hidden in his trousers to inject himself when his dementia signs start to kick in again?
He started stuttering and train of thought started delaying. After his hand went down to side of his trousers, within 5 minutes or so, he perked back up and speech kind of cleared up some.
