you have to read these tweets differently..he is talkin about THE TAPES and that he is on them..talkin about tapes made by ADT AND being stored by EPA..AMERICAN CITIZENS filmed without their consent means surveillance..thninking there are MANY TAPES..

The proposals included requirements for reporting stolen or lost guns, a ban on certain assault weapons and high capacity magazine, universal background checks, new safeguards against licensing firearms to individuals with serious mental health issues, and a ban on firearms within 1000 feet of a school.[37]
Not all of Markell's proposals passed the state legislature during the 2013 session.
