Since Scalia has come up again lately I was looking through my old research and old offline record keeping logs:
Another massive web but, in this case, I think it is something people should see as it has serious connection to Justice Scalia and I have not seen any other site making these connections.
The Sandler Foundation:
In 2003 it provided the initial funding for the creation of the "Center for American Progress". Now then, on 19 May 2015 the Sandler Foundation sent this to Podesta (add WL email 10343):
First a Politico report laid out that Podesta was being paid by Sandler (7k per month):

Now the person Podesta signed the contract with, Herb Sandler, directly made 2.3 billion dollars by misleading the public through some manipulative ploys which, inevitably, led to the housing collapse.

Here we go with another rabbits hole. Well first here is a message to Podesta by Heather Boushey mentioning that Podesta needed to contact Herb about a "role" for Steve (Steve Daetz). Steve Daetz is now the Executive VP at, yep you guessed it, Sandler Foundation (Herb's). Here is the message: https:// wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/emailid/15007
Now, before I break to the more important point I would like to now bring up yet another "Foundation". You saw that woman in the email, Heather Boushey, yes? Well Heather is the executive director for the "Washington Center for Economical Growth", however, she is ALSO a senior body at the Center for American Progress (mentioned above). Now I will give you one guess as to how the "Washington Center for Economical Growth" was started (2013). Here you go:

That now makes three major "foundations" that Podesta either started or is linked to via the creator (in this thread alone). This R/I isn't about the above foundations though and will delve into that as that is one MASSIVE rabbits hole (but a very important one I might add since it appears to show that Podesta uses those foundations as a means to enrich himself). Anyhow, now this next report came on 2 June 2015 where the Center for American Progress wrote Podesta about pressuring the SCOTUS to rule in their favor (Case: King v. Burwell).
Here is the review of this issue. Note the Wikileak email within:

And an email setting up a strategy to blame the Republicans by getting leaked information by Jeanne Lambrew. How Lambrew had access to such information is unknown as she no longer holds the position of Deputy Director in the Office of Health Reform.

Now before I get into the Scalia section I want to first point out some facts to save you the time of researching it yourselves. Scalia died on 11/12 Feb 2016. So let's look into what was going on in the world for the month of Feb a bit shall we. CNN Town Hall (Sanders/Clinton) - 4 Feb 2016. As you will see (transcript below), the major talking points for that town hall was health care:
https:// wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/emailid/8
Now here is a big one (2 Feb 2016). In basic Podesta was messaged by Renee Bracey Sherman, a seemingly nobody who you would think would never have access to someone as high up as Podesta. The biggest thing to take away from her message is: "And in just three weeks, the Supreme Court will hear the case out of Texas that could redefine abortion access for a generation. What will the candidates do to address the very real crisis of abortion clinics shuttering across the country?"
https:// wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/emailid/20124
So, to put this simply, one of the biggest SCOTUS cases was about to be decided in the Supreme Court in terms of abortion. Here is the case she was referring to which took place a few weeks after Scalia passed away:
http:// www.scotusblog.com/case-files/cases/whole-womans-health-v-cole/
In fact the above case is marked as one of the biggest decisions in recent memory for clinics:

In other words, that case was huge and Scalia died a mere few weeks before it took place. His death changed the entire dynamic of incoming cases.
