Trump's game is let the govs/mayors take blame for lawlessness in their own cities. Same with the doctors and the virus bullshit. The full picture is probably something to the effect of "not quite ready for round ups yet", but to be perfectly honest, we have an active war on our soil. We know all the suspects, and "networks mapped". Yet still, we're waiting for "something".

Yep, it's frustrating. Nope, it ain't going to change before the election. Every WH press sec he's had has reiterated this. The accusation in the form of a question keeps coming up, making it seem like he's not addressed it, and every time it happens, people ask the same question you ask. Either it's short term memory issues, or people really have no clue.
