CIA Director Haspel Personally Blocking Declassification Of Russiagate Documents

"Federalist" co-founder Sean Davis reports that CIA Director Gina Haspel is personally blocking the release of documents that will show "what actually happened" with Russiagate.

"This isn't just a scandal about Democrat projection, this is a scandal about what was a coup planned against the incoming administration at the highest levels and I can report here tonight that these declassifications that have come out," Davis told FOX News host Tucker Carlson on Wednesday. "Those weren't easy to get out and there are far more waiting to get out."

"Unfortunately those releases and declassifications according to multiple sources I've talked to are being blocked by CIA director Gina Haspel who herself was the main link between Washington and London," Davis said.

"As the London station chief from John Brennan's CIA during the 2016 election. Recall, it was London where Christopher Steele was doing all this work. And I'm told that it was Gina Haspel personally who is blocking a continued declassification of these documents that will show the American people the truth of what actually happened."

Philadelphia’s Horrible Record of Democrat Voter Fraud Hits New Low – Voting Machine Laptop and Memory Sticks “Stolen”

The City of Brotherly Love is notorious for Democrat voter fraud. Now the situation just got worse – this is an emergency.

The Philadelphia Inquirer reported yesterday:

A laptop and several memory sticks used to program Philadelphia’s voting machines were stolen from a city warehouse in East Falls, officials confirmed Wednesday, setting off a scramble to investigate and to ensure the machines had not been compromised.

Though it remains unclear when the equipment was stolen, sources briefed on the investigation said the items vanished this week. The laptop belonged to an on-site employee for the company that supplies the machines. It and the USB drives were the only items believed to have been taken.

There was reportedly a problem with the state’s voter database.

Trump observers were being blocked entry to satellite voting locations in Philly, according to President Trump’s 2020 election security staffer and GOP advisor Mike Roman.

Philadelphia is notorious for Democrat voter fraud. In May of this year a South Philadelphia judge of elections was found guilty of taking thousands in bribes to inflate vote totals for Democrat candidates. In July former Rep. Michael “Ozzie” Myers, 77, was indicted on multiple counts, including conspiracy to violate voting rights by fraudulently stuffing ballot boxes.

In 2012, the results in Philadelphia showed rampant voter fraud which helped the Democrats win the Presidential election:

In Philadelphia, voter turnout in 20 of the wards was 97 percent and greater. That is 97 percent of the bloated voter rolls that probably include dead people. Zombies are in these days, and in Philadelphia, they vote.

In 59 Philadelphia precincts, Mitt Romney received no votes. Zero. If you total up just those precincts, Obama won with over 19,000 votes to nothing for Romney.

In 2017 in the US as a whole there were more people eligible to vote than there were eligible voters. Per National Review:

The Election Integrity Project of Judicial Watch — a Washington-based legal-watchdog group — analyzed data from the U.S. Census Bureau’s 2011–2015 American Community Survey and last month’s statistics from the federal Election Assistance Commission. The latter included figures provided by 38 states. According to Judicial Watch, eleven states gave the EAC insufficient or questionable information. Pennsylvania’s legitimate numbers place it just below the over-registration threshold.

My tabulation of Judicial Watch’s state-by-state results yielded 462 counties where the registration rate exceeded 100 percent. There were 3,551,760 more people registered to vote than adult U.S. citizens who inhabit these counties.

We are unaware if any of this has been addressed in Philadelphia or across the nation. Now Philadelphia has its voting machine keys stolen. What is next?

The Feds need to step in in Philadelphia and all the other big cities and ensure voter integrity.

Cryptos Crash After BitMEX Founders, Execs Face CFTC Charges

Bitcoin prices have plunged this morning after the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) alleged that major crypto-trading platform BitMEX facilitated unregistered trading and other violations.

The CFTC announced this morning that it was charging BitMEX, CEO Arthur Hayes, company owners Ben Delo and Samual Reed, and corporate entities HDR Global Trading Limited, 100x Holding Limited, ABS Global Trading Limited, Shine Effort Inc Limited and HDR Global Services (Bermuda) Limited with offering U.S. customers illicit crypto derivative trading services.

In a press release, the CFTC alleged that BitMEX received some $11 billion in bitcoin deposits and made more than $1 billion in fees, “while conducting significant aspects of its business from the U.S. and accepting orders and funds from U.S. customers.”

BitMEX, which has reportedly been under investigation by the CFTC since at least July 2019, implemented mandatory KYC in April of this year.

“Digital assets hold great promise for our derivatives markets and for our economy,” said Chairman Heath P. Tarbert.

“For the United States to be a global leader in this space, it is imperative that we root out illegal activity like that alleged in this case. New and innovative financial products can flourish only if there is market integrity. We can’t allow bad actors that break the law to gain an advantage over exchanges that are doing the right thing by complying with our rules.”

“As the CFTC has made clear, registration requirements are a cornerstone of the regulatory framework that protects Americans and U.S. financial markets,” added Division of Enforcement Director James McDonald.

“Effective anti-money laundering procedures are among the fundamental requirements of intermediaries in the derivatives markets, whether in traditional products or in the growing digital asset market. This action shows the CFTC will continue to work vigilantly to protect the integrity of these markets.”

The complaint alleges that from at least November 2014 through the present, and at the direction of Hayes, Delo, and Reed, BitMEX has illegally offered leveraged retail commodity transactions, futures, options, and swaps on cryptocurrencies including bitcoin, ether, and litecoin, allowing traders to use leverage of up to 100 to 1 when entering into transactions on its platform. According to the complaint, BitMEX has facilitated cryptocurrency derivatives transactions with an aggregate notional value of trillions of dollars, and has earned fees of more than over $1 billion since beginning operations in 2014. Yet, as alleged in the complaint, BitMEX has failed to implement the most basic compliance procedures required of financial institutions that impact U.S. markets.

Przemyslaw Czarnek, a professor at the Catholic University of Lublin, who has a long record of incendiary statements on gay rights, is part of the new cabinet presented on Wednesday after a reshuffling of the government by the ruling Law and Justice (PiS) party. He now heads the newly created Ministry of Education and Science, which merges the functions of two previous ministries into one.

The politician is a veteran moral crusader against what is termed “LGBT ideology” by Polish conservatives. During the parliamentary election campaign this summer he told Poles to “stop listening to idiocy about some human rights or some equality,” adding that “these people are not normal people.” On other occasions, he has claimed there is “no doubt” that the “ideology” grew out of both Marxism and Nazi Socialism, and linked the sexual abuse of children by Catholic priests to homosexuality.

Kremlin Alleges Navalny Is "Working With CIA" After Bombshell Charge: 'Putin Poisoned Me!'

The controversy and mystery surrounding the alleged poisoning of Russian activist and opposition figure Alexey Navalny just escalated dramatically upon the first published full media interview with Navalny, who after recovering in a German hospital was recently released. The bombshell interview with German newsmagazine Der Spiegel hit the web Thursday. Navalny alleged directly that Putin was behind the poisoning, saying he had “no other explanation for what happened."

“Putin is behind the crime,” Navalny said in the newly published interview. “I have no other versions of the crime. I am not saying this to flatter myself, but on the basis of facts.” And for the first time he described harrowing details aboard the Russian flight where he fell unconscious:

“I leave the toilet, turn to the steward - and instead of asking for help, I say, to my own surprise: 'I've been poisoned. I'm dying.' And then I lay down on the ground in front of him to die.”

Navalny has only recently fully recovered and left the hospital. Much of the interview was focused on Germany's intervention in the saga, which began with an emergency medical transport flight across Russian borders and all the way to Berlin, where he was later even visited by Chancellor Angela Merkel.

“They were waiting for me to die,” Navalny said of the Russians who he says poisoned him. “The Russian leadership has developed such an inclination to poison that it will not stop so soon,” he said. “My medical history will yet become instructive.”

This after German officials last month alleged the poison was from the 'Novichok' family — a Cold War era military grade nerve-agent which was developed only by the Soviet Union, which critics of the story say is bizarre given how "obvious" Russian fingerprints behind such an "assassination attempt" would be.

And there's also the fact that prior to the alleged poisoning of a 'popular opposition leader' the reality is that a huge chunk of the Russian population may have never heard of him:

The 'western' media jumped onto the 'Navalny was poisoned' claim to heap the usual trash on Russia. They also claimed that Navalny is the 'opposition leader' in Russia even as he polls at 2% which is lower than the leader of the communist party and several other real opposition politicians.

Senate Orders Big Tech CEOs To Testify On "Liability Shield" Before Election Day

The Senate Commerce Committee has just voted to subpoena a group of Big Tech CEOs to appear for another round of Congressional testimony, possibly before Election Day.

But while the most recent 'Big Tech' hearing back in July, which compelled the CEOs of Apple, Facebook, Alphabet and Amazon - including Jeff Bezos and Mark Zuckerberg - was held by the House and organized to discuss anti-trust issues pertaining to the Silicon Valley giants, it looks like the GOP-controlled Senate is going to investigate - what else? - anti-conservative bias on the biggest' social media platforms, as the subpeona targeted the CEOs of Twitter, Facebook and Google-owner Alphabet.

Specifically, the CEOs will be called upon to discuss Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act of 1996, which is typically referred to as the tech platform "shield law", or "the 26 words that created the Internet". In essence, the law gives companies like Facebook immunity for anything posted on its platform, from political opinions to live feeds of mass shootings.

Both President Trump and Joe Biden have called for amending Section 230, though the two have different reasons for doing so. Trump has filed an executive order laying out the administration's line of attack on Section 230, though the "liability shield" for social media platforms remains intact - at least for now.

‘The deadline lapsed yesterday’: EU launches legal action against UK over ‘problematic’ Brexit bill

The EU has activated a legal process against the UK after it failed to amend its controversial ‘Internal Market Bill’ which Brussels considers inconsistent with the previously agreed Brexit withdrawal agreement.

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said Thursday that Brussels had sent a formal letter of notice to the UK and that London had until the end of September to remove the “problematic parts” of its draft Internal Market Bill, including the part on the Irish border issue.

This draft bill is by its very nature a breach of the obligation of good faith laid down in the Withdrawal Agreement. Moreover, if adopted as is, it will be in full contradiction to the Protocol on Northern Ireland.

“The deadline lapsed yesterday,” von der Leyen said, explaining that the letter of formal notice to the British government was the first step in launching the infringement procedure.

“The Commission will continue to work hard towards the full and timely implementation of the Withdrawal Agreement. We stand by our commitments,” she said.

The UK government now has a month to reply to the complaint. The EU will then assess Britain’s arguments once more and may ask it to amend the bill again. If London refuses again, the EU could sue the UK at the Luxembourg-based European Court of Justice.

Following the announcement, a spokesperson for the British government reiterated that London has “clearly set our reasons” for altering the Brexit withdrawal deal agreed upon in January.

We need to create a legal safety net to protect the integrity of the UK’s internal market, ensure ministers can always deliver on their obligations to Northern Ireland and protect the gains from the peace process.

Meanwhile, Michael Gove, the UK minister responsible for Brexit issues, said he believed an agreement could still be reached with "goodwill on both sides" but London has "clear red lines" that it will not cross.

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s father has taken heat on social media after he was photographed shopping without a mask. The PM just recently updated the strict mask-wearing rules amid an uptick in Covid-19 cases.

Stanley Johnson, 80, was “caught red-handed” by the Daily Mirror, which published photos of him casually shopping without a mask. By doing so, the author and former Tory politician had flouted the tougher rules on face coverings announced by his son last week. Amid the resurgence of Covid-19, Brits were ordered to wear masks in shops and malls, while the fines for breaking the regulations were doubled to £200 ($259) for a first offense.

Johnson promptly apologized, saying that he was “maybe not 100 percent up to speed” on the rules because he had just recently returned from a trip abroad.

“I’m extremely sorry for the slip up and I would urge absolutely everybody to do everything they can to make sure they do follow the rules about masks and social distancing,” he said.

The ‘slip up,’ meanwhile, has sparked uproar on social media. Many asked whether the PM’s father would be fined – especially after Boris Johnson warned earlier this week that “the fines are now very considerable and they will be imposed.”

Others argued that Stanley Johnson’s apology was not sincere. “Like all narcissists (like father, like son), he only apologized because he was caught. He would’ve carried on regardless of other people’s safety if someone hadn’t papped him,” a person wrote online.

The company will use the black check company Mountain Crest Acquisition in a deal worth $381 million to return to being a publicly traded company, Reuters reported on Thursday. Mountain Crest will sell $50 million of its common stock to institutional investors and the stock is expected to trade under ticker "PLBY". Playboy is set to receive more than $100 million in cash in the deal, which will fund Playboy's growth plans.

American & United axing 32,000 jobs as government cannot agree on airline bailout

US airlines are preparing to lay off tens of thousands of employees unless they get additional federal aid. The industry has been struggling to stay afloat amid an unprecedented collapse in air travel due to the Covid pandemic.

American Airlines CEO Doug Parker said late Wednesday that the carrier has no choice but to cut 19,000 jobs after attempts to get more federal money failed. The CEO of United Airlines, Scott Kirby, said the decision to cut 13,000 jobs marked “a very sad day for all of us here at United.”

Earlier in the day, Parker told CNN he still hoped that the job cuts might be avoided if the airline saw signs that Congress and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin would be able to reach an agreement.

“Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that any of these efforts will come to fruition,” Parker wrote in a memo to staff. Both Parker and Kirby suggested they could reverse course and quickly rehire employees if a deal is reached in the coming days, though. “We implore our elected leaders to reach a compromise, get a deal done now, and save jobs,” Kirby wrote to employees.

Congressional Democrats have proposed a $2.2 trillion package that would include $25 billion in aid for the nation’s airlines. However, Mnuchin has ruled out the likelihood of a stand-alone bill providing only airline aid, saying: “I am hopeful we can come to an understanding and if we do, that … the airlines will postpone their actions.”

In addition to the job losses at American and United, some 17,000 other employees throughout the US airline industry have been notified that their roles are at risk. As many as 50,000 jobs are at stake, White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows said earlier this month.
