Just pointing out that the CIA Director can give input but cannot BLOCK the ODNI from declassifying anything and Trump already gave full declassification authority to AG William Barr, something a lot of pundits ignore or don't remember.

Several district court judges Obama appointees all are suspending election laws whose only constitutional "offense" is to be on the books during a time of a "supposed" pandemic.
I have a suspicion that such a legal construct is not going to survive scrutiny.
