The CDC discovered the use of chloroquine for SARS COV1 and published their findings in 2005

But, how long did they know before that? Remember the TV episode in 2003 where chloroquine was used to stop a respiratory pandemic that originated in China?
When the author of that episode was asked about it earlier this year on tweeter, he said it came right out of the CDC Handbook.
