This is laying the groundwork within the Justice System to go after LEAKS and PAY TO PLAY corruption.
Do not overlook the Hard Work the men and women in these District offices are doing to bring cases to justice and judgement at the local level.
You need to have CASE LAW. Judges need to see that similar cases have been prosecuted into FRY the BIG FISH.
Things are happening. I am in it for the long haul.
