indeed, though i'm not a farmer but have lived in Kalifornia all muh life, i know many farmers in southern and central kal, and what isn't mentioned is the massive underground aquifers filled with water, but regulation restrict their use.
dems create the con to raise rates/faux taxes, never do they reduce, they have unfunded pensions they have to pay to keep the swindle going.
