Can anon SUE or represent OUR CLASS in legal action(s), as an AUTIST* (ASD) who has been labeled by politicians, media conglomerates, and private citizens (as a result of participating in this movement) 'crazy', 'deranged', 'nut job', 'crackpot', 'far right', etc?
As a member of a protected class (Autism Spectrum 'Disorder'), per the Americans with Disabilities Act, as well as a constituent under the supposed protections of HIIPA, is anon and the class not being subjected to discrimination, defamation, hate speech, by these derogatory, targeted attacks at our specific community in which ASD is common?
Anon is willing to step up if this may have any merit. ANY news agency, politician, or corporate officer could be and should be held accountable for their speech, should it be potentially criminal, and/or in violation of constitutional or other protections in force.
