Daily Caller News Foundation Forces Government To Release Fauci, China, WHO Emails

A federal judge on Thursday rejected the government’s efforts to further delay the release of select coronavirus-related communications between top U.S. officials, including Dr. Anthony Fauci, as part of a Daily Caller News Foundation lawsuit.

Judge Dabney L. Friedrich of the District of Columbia ruled on Sept. 21 that the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) must begin releasing 300 responsive records per month beginning on Oct. 21. There are approximately 4,200 records relevant to the DCNF’s request for certain communications concerning the coronavirus, the World Health Organization (WHO) and China, meaning the release will not be completed until 2022.

“People have every right under the law to see the communications between our government agencies (including Dr. Fauci), China and the WHO at the outset of this pandemic that has killed so many Americans and destroyed our economy. We are happy that Judge Friedrich agreed with our position that the government should not be able to keep this information secret,” DCNF President Neil Patel said in a statement Thursday.

“However, the fact that the document production doesn’t have to start until over six months after our lawful request — and that the production will not finish until 2022 — is a sad joke. It’s amazing people still wonder why the American people have lost trust in our national institutions,” Patel said.

The DCNF submitted a Freedom of Information Act request on March 26 asking for communications between National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Fauci, Deputy Director H. Clifford Lane and WHO officials concerning the novel coronavirus. The DCNF requested all relevant records between Jan. 1 and April 1.

Judicial Watch filed a federal lawsuit on on behalf of DCNF over the records release on May 4.

“[The National Institutes of Health] seems to be playing politics with the Fauci emails,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said Thursday.

A Federal Appeals Court overturned a lower court ruling in Texas on Wednesday. The court ruled Texas voters will not have the option to vote straight ticket in the state. This is something Democrats were hoping to push through at the last minute.

Texas voters will not have the option to cast a ballot for every candidate of a single political party with one mark during the November election, a federal appeals court said on Wednesday evening.

Texas offered straight-ticket voting for decades, but in 2017, Republican Gov. Greg Abbott signed a law eliminating the option beginning in the 2020 general election. A federal judge reinstated the practice this month, citing concerns about how the coronavirus pandemic could affect voting.

But the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals overturned that decision Wednesday, ruling that changes shouldn’t be made so close to the Nov. 3 election.

“The Texas Legislature passed HB 25 in 2017, and state election officials have planned for this election accordingly. The state election machinery is already well in motion,” the panel of three judges, two of whom are conservative, wrote. Eliminating straight-ticket voting and upholding the 2017 law, they said, “will minimize confusion among both voters and trained election officials.”

Court rules recall effort against Seattle Councilmember Kshama Sawant can proceed

A King County Superior Court judge has ruled that a recall effort of Seattle Councilmember Kshama Sawant can move forward.

Judge Jim Rogers ruled that 4 of 6 charges filed in the recall petition were sufficient enough to proceed.

The petition accuses Sawant of violating her role as a council member during the height of Seattle protests. Recall organizers allege a series of violations, including that Sawant used her passkey to City Hall, allowing protesters into the building, and that she appeared at a protest outside Mayor Jenny Durkan's Seattle home.

Rogers made the ruling during a virtual hearing on Wednesday with the city prosecutor and Sawant's defense attorney.

Organizers would still need to collect 10,000 signatures from Sawant's District 3 constituents in order to get the recall on the ballot.

A group of Sawant supporters held a virtual rally before the court ruling. They say the recall effort is an attack against Seattle's working class.

States stopped recording Flu & pneumonia deaths since Covid started – Only time they have ever done this

I wanted to check my states deaths for various diseases and sicknesses and the results/links available on Google, but when you go to the state’s page it says “Page does not exist”. It is impossible to find any information about any other cause of death than Covid, from influenza/flu, pneumonia, common cold, etc (I think cancer is even missing now). Pennsylvania’s Dept of Health page has been completely re-designed to hide prior years data (it’s been wiped from the site), and now it’s all about Covid.

If we looked at previous years deaths from a wide range of afflictions, it would be just about the same as the covid deaths. The state has deleted the other categories and placed them all under one heading – Covid and they are using this to impose illegal restrictions on people and businesses. I’m sure PA isn’t the only state that is doing this and if this isn’t a conspiracy, I don’t know what is.

This has all been planned from the beginning. They were hoping that the covid lockdowns would cause civil unrest but when that didn’t happen, they had to push the false narrative of Floyd and the endless number of other violent criminals resisting arrest and getting killed for it.

Can you think of ONE case where there has been massive “public” support (all media driven) of people being killed by police who weren’t criminals? There have been many cases where truly innocent (not career criminals) people have been killed, but the media is silent on this. They are using this as a wedge issue to cause social unrest. The whole Breonna Taylor case was falsely covered and they didn’t tell the public about her activity in drug trafficking and murder (a 4+ year investigation into her was active when the warrant was served). They don’t want criminals to be responsible for their actions – and then there is the other side who wants law and order AND accountability for police but this side is made out to be racists for some underhanded reasons.

Every governor who is requiring masks, business closures (even partial), reducing schooling/sports, etc should be removed from office and arrested, along with all their advisors, appointees and any sheriff/police dept enforcing these illegal executive orders.

Back to the data I was looking for, somehow the cached version of these pages have also disappeared, and that would have to be done by Google themselves.

Take the jab or lose your job: Medical journal calls for a MANDATORY Covid vaccine, says ‘noncompliance should incur a penalty’

With half the US population reportedly unwilling to submit to an experimental Covid-19 shot, a new scientific paper has shed light on how state health authorities might enforce compliance with vaccine mandates.

Published in the New England Journal of Medicine on Thursday, the paper outlines strategies for circumventing widespread fears over the safety of a rushed-to-market vaccine against the novel coronavirus, providing health authorities with a playbook for coercing a skittish populace.

The writers acknowledge that voluntary measures should be tried first, rather than mandating the vaccine for everyone out of the gate. However, if the target population doesn't comply within a trial period, a mandate should be rolled out, and the penalties for refusing to submit should be harsh. Given “the costs of a failed voluntary scheme,” the writers warn, authorities should wait no more than a few weeks before rolling out a mandate if uptake falls short of expectations.

The paper says “six substantive criteria” must be met before a Covid-19 vaccine is imposed by the state. A federal body, the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, must greenlight administration to certain groups of the populace first, and “only recommended groups should be considered for a vaccination mandate.”

“High-risk” groups should be given priority on that list.

“[T]he elderly, health professionals working in high-risk situations or working with high-risk patients…persons with certain underlying medical conditions,” and people living in “high-density settings such as prisons and dormitories” – as well as active-duty military service members – should be ordered to get the jab as soon as health officials are confident they have a sufficient supply to cover these groups, the paper suggests.

The Acting US Attorney who signed off on the corrupt case against the ‘We Build the Wall’ organizers has resigned. In a letter to the courts, Acting US Attorney for the SDNY Audrey Strauss has announced her resignation from the DOJ.

Ms. Strauss signed off on the ‘We build the Wall’ case a month ago that led to the arrests of former Trump Campaign Manager Steve Bannon and war hero and triple amputee Brian Kolfage

As we reported previously, there are many indications the recent indictment of Steve Bannon, Brian Kolfage and others by the SDNY smells of prosecutorial abuse.

On August 20, 2020, war hero and triple amputee Brian Kolfage was arrested for bogus charges related to his, Bannon’s and two other gentlemen’s efforts in building a wall on the Southern Border. The 15 New York USPIS agents who arrested Kolfage dragged him into their arrest vehicle with his one good arm!

Kolfage claimed the feds sought to humiliate him during his Aug. 20 arrest.

He said that morning a squad of United States Postal Inspection Service agents ordered him out of bed and would not allow him to take his prosthetic limbs for the 90-minute drive to a Pensacola courthouse.

“How does a person with no legs get into a vehicle that’s not equipped for a wheelchair?” the former Air Force senior airman said. “I had to get on my butt and crawl up into it like a monkey with one arm and in the rain. My kids were watching. It was humiliating.”

Kolfage told us:

If anything my life was more “lavish” before the wall… didn’t take a single real vacation the entire time. Didn’t do anything major for my family. I worked my ass off for free the first year.

The SDNY is in a real embarrassing situation. They abused a triple amputee Iraq War hero and made him drag himself shamelessly into their arrest vehicle in the rain. They didn’t provide any accommodations for his disabilities received in the war. They did this in front of his family. They charged him with bogus crimes and now are likely facing a lawsuit for the abuse they caused this disabled hero.

The SDNY should be shut down and rebuilt from scratch. Hopefully this is the first step.

Donald Trump May Withdraw US From NATO If He Wins Reelection, John Bolton Warns

President Donald Trump may withdraw the United States from NATO if he wins a second term, former national security adviser John Bolton said on Thursday. Bolton left the Trump administration in September 2019 after disputes over foreign policy.

"It wasn't that we convinced him that NATO is actually a pretty good alliance, but that he just saw he couldn't go across the line and actually call for withdrawal … once he's reelected, that political guardrail, if it doesn't disappear entirely, is substantially diminished,” Bolton told Times Radio.

Bolton said if the president wins a second term, Trump “doesn't have to worry as much about the U.S. political blowback, and so his instincts or his inclinations have free rein." The president has often shown disdain for multilateral organizations and agreements, viewing them as running counter to his “America First” agenda.

In July 2018, Trump threatened to pull out of NATO during a summit in Brussels. He has frequently accused NATO allies of not contributing their fair share to defense spending.

At other times, the president has defended the security alliance.

In December, Trump attacked French President Emmanuel Macron for calling NATO “brain dead,” slamming his remarks as “very insulting.” Trump said NATO “serves a great purpose” and chided the French president as being “very disrespectful” to other alliance members.

NATO was formed in 1949 and currently has 30 members. In the post-Soviet era, the pact conducted its first military interventions in Bosnia and Yugoslavia in the 1990s. In the years following the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks, the alliance began activites in Afghanistan and Iraq. NATO also enforced a no-fly zone in Libya in 2011.

If Trump does withdraw the U.S. from NATO, it could have massive geopolitical implications, particularly in Europe where it could embolden Russia’s military activities in the East.
