DOES THE NET NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR A WHILE IN ORDER TO STOP THE "VIRUS"?

Hear me out faggots, the virus is mass hysteria and exists only in people's minds. The only way this memetic virus can be spread throughout the world is via the internet. It would never have been possible without the mass communication network and the current tech such as mass media, social media, zoom, food delivery apps, and internet shopping. If we just shut it down for a few weeks it would probably just go away. Is this another meaning for "net shutdown", "fb kill", "google kill", blackout necessary", etc? I think this may be the only way. Meme magic was used against the world by these evil fucks that control all the information.
