Should POTUS form a new agency? maybe it would be BEST - Bureau of Election Security and Transparency

Primary function- Achieve maximum election integrity by creating and maintaining an electronic fingerprint database of all registered voters. (All legitimate votes verified by fingerprint)

What do you guys think? It would be invasive, but for good reason, and it might the best way to prevent fraudulent interference and preserve the integrity of our elections. While updating the current voter registration records would be a massive undertaking, it wouldn't be too complicated or time consuming for voters if they used the same kind of fingerprint scanners for background checks for pistol permits and government employment applications. I think it's time to change the way we vote to minimize potential fraud as much as possible.
