It was unclear, at first, how POTUS would be flying around in AF1 or in seclusion prior to election, but now COVID provides a means to escape public scrutiny (as we’ve seen with celebs, etc. using the COVID excuse to lay low).

The true nature of his withdrawal obviously can’t be disclosed. So I would guess that for a majority of the next few months our 2017 “map” will serve as pre-cog comms while OP occurs.
