Depends on the ADS B Code. FAA controllers see everything but the websites only have the ADS B information. If you had a Radar you would get a much larger picture. Also military aircraft will use discrete codes when operating. Depends on the environment. For example aircraft out of Nellis AFB will not show up on the websites, for the most part. Just trying to help you out. You wouldn't have needed to make a comment if you already knew this. Also I am assuming you are near Eglin AFB. Because it's the Largest USAF base by land size. I was there over 5 years.
