Trump catches Covid-19 and "passes away."

Pence takes over and gets put on the ballot.

All mail-in ballots are recalled, forcing the entire country to vote in-person.

Folks are overwhelmingly reluctant to change horses mid-stream and Pence is easily reelected.

Trump isn't really dead. Whether he surfaces again or just retires on a private island in French Polynesia is another matter altogether.

I put the chance of this happening around 1%. But who the fuck knows? Stranger things have happened.
