The idea is that the clowns/whoever are reading Q drops and then either planning events or taking events that happen and pointing to Q to say look he predicted this so he is a terrorist or involved ( Booms Texas bombings than Booms &Alan plane 17 drop > planes) So it just happened to be on the 17th and row 17?? Its not that Q is "letting" these things happen, the clowns are reverse engineering the events from his post.
