Did you make this by hand or do you have software that assisted? Its very nice and the network graph format that i would like to use for other things, but find it very tedious to make when they get large.

The "spooky clown" poster has made multiple threats against board members and the public at large. He has identified his intentions to participate in a meeting at Sedona, AZ as part of the McCain Institute this weekend. Should we refer his bioterrorism threats to the FBI and DHS? He could be a national security risk. Even if its unlikely he can carry out these threats, their seriousness of them will almost certainly get a cursory review from a counter terrorism agent.

The headline is really misleading, but the article is fantastic. It exposes one of the most serious defects in trade organizations. How easy they are to scam and how serious the consequences of scamming them are.

What Does a Congressional Criminal Referral Mean?

It is WIDELY believed that criminal investigations into all of these individuals has already been initiated. A criminal referral from congress is largely political, it is a formal request from congress(Legislative Branch) for the DoJ(Executive Branch) to make a decision about whether or not a criminal investigation should be initiated. The department of justice has complete discretion in determining how to act, but when Congress(especially when it is voted on by ethics committee regarding a crime within or against congress) makes a criminal referral, it is customary for the DoJ to issue a letter in response explaining the decision to investigate or not.

If we are correct and these investigations have been underway, this gives Sessions a reason to announce it to the public(investigations are not made public unless there it is in the "Public Interest" to do so). In my opinion, this referral will give Sessions reason to publicly announce these investigations are underway.

If a state lowers the drinking age, you lose eligibility for DoT infrastructure money. This has been in statute or reg since the early 70s. Louisiana was the last holdout, but caved in the early 80s if i recall.
