when @fj said in April 2019 that bakers must be responsible for deciding whether to handoff, he didn't give ideas for how we avoid shill bakes (like WR bakers who baked to insert their stuff when it wasn't wanted).

Bin system developed to avoid that problem. Accepted pretty well accepted at this point. Not perfect but pretty good. If a baker is new or returning, they need to do a little negotiating but that's only a temporary problem.

Some oldfag returning bakers don't understand why at first but most are ok with this when it's explained why it's done.

Of course,shills don't like it. But shills never like anything.

no system is footproof, but we do what we can. yes, it's a new custom, but one that gives greater transparency and avoids at least some of the problems observed previously.

qanonbin is not glowing - pastebin had problems starting last April and several bakers went looking for an alternative as a result. couldn't find one and mentioned it on /baker meta/ thread. turned out a baker there has programming experience and create qanonbin.com, which is more practical imo than pastebin, anyways. but pastebin is also ok, qbin is just preferred by most bakers coz they like it (no captcha and shows a record of recent bakes). But pastebin is fine.
