Moar on the family of Logically.ai's CEO Lyric Jain…dig from company officer listings

Lyric Jain previously worked for Avocet Hardware. On Avocet Hardware's, "About" page, it references Rhythm Jain Saigal as the CEO.

I did a bit of digging in the Companies House UK gov't database. Rhythm is listed as one of the company officers for Avocet Hardware Group Ltd. It conveniently changed its company address from Meaford Hall, Meaford Road, Meaford Stone, ST15 SUX to Brookfoot Mills, Brookfoot Industrial Estate, Brookfoot Brighouse West, Yorkshire, HD6 2RW. Lyric’s Logically.ai company is listed as “TheLogically Ltd” with an address of Meaford Hall. Lyric also has another company called “RumourRater Limited”, with an address of Brookfoot Mills. Logically.ai is also listed with the variation of “TheLogically Infomedia UK Ltd”.

Upon digging into these companies, these companies have NUMEROUS and MULTIPLE company listings under different but similar names (e.g. “Avocet Hardware Group Ltd”, “Avocet Hardware (UK) Ltd”). It’s hard to keep track of the different company variations they have. Each company variation also at times will list select individuals that are not present in the other company listings. It’s a rabbit hole. I’m honestly not sure why there are numerous variations for company listings under the same company. Rest assured, it’s the same actors you will see in these variations…so it’s not actually a different company; it’s the same company but named differently for accounting or business purposes that we don’t know about.

Dr. Tinkle Jain and Meenakshi Jain appear under these companies numerous times. From judging of the birthdates, I suspect Tinkle is Lyric’s sibling and Meenakshi is his mother or father.

As you may know, Logically.ai also has operations in India, listed as “TheLogically Infomedia Private Group”, with two directors: Meenakshi Jain and Arvind Singh Haridwar Singh Yadav.

There is a Meenakshi Jain mentioned in Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meenakshi_Jain), but we’ll need to do more digging to see if the Meenakshi related to Lyric is actually the same as the one listed in Wikipedia.

In 2013, Lyric Jain's (CEO of Logically.ai) family had businesses in Asia and UK, more than $130M in real estate holdings, and focuses on buying out 'stricken companies'

Avocet Hardware owners pump £2.1m more into the Brighouse based business

Owners of a Brighouse firm have announced a further £2.1m investment in the business – along with plans to create more jobs.

Avocet Hardware was rescued from administrators by the Jain family in February last year, since when they have been working to improve the firm’s fortunes.

This latest financial boost takes the total invested in the company since its acquisition to £10.6m.

The owners said their latest investment aimed to ensure stock levels across the company’s three divisions – covering doors and windows, high security locks and builder hardware – were high enough to meet growing customer demand for product availability and delivery.

Avocet employs 58 people, but plans to increase that to 72 by April, 2014.

Avocet director Dr Tinkle Jain said: “Since buying Avocet, we have invested heavily in order to place the company in a position where we can legitimately lay claim to once again being the leading player in the home window and door security market.

“We now have the team, the product and the product availability to confidently state that the Avocet Hardware house is well and truly in order.”

The Jain family has business interests in Malaysia, Indonesia, India, China and the UK.

In total, those businesses employ more than 5,000 people and has annual turnover of £416m.

The family also owns more than £100m of real estate in India, the UK and the USA.

In recent years, the Jain family has come to specialise in rescuing stricken companies.

Its UK success stories include Midlands-based tool and garden equipment manufacturer Eliza Tinsley, which went into administration in 2006.

That business was promptly bought by the family and returned to profitability in its very first year of operation.

Avocet went into administration in January last year after being hit by losses at its Chinese operation – which was sold in December, 2011 – and by the collapse of a major customer.

Dr Jain said: “Jain family ownership brings with it many benefits, not least a highly experienced management team that has frequently demonstrated an ability to turn around the fortunes and reputations of companies.”

Avocet, formed in 1978, operates from premises at Brookfoot Mills, which include warehousing, a reception and a showroom.

The company has taken major steps to re-establish its name by taking part in two major industry exhibitions for the first time since administration.
