As far as 'seeing' it: copy text from POTUS twit into a simple text editor that you can change font including size. Next enlarge font, 24 to 36. On most PCs that will miss nothing. Next change font varying as much as possible, serif, non-serif, script, monospaced. Soon nothing will hide from your inspections. It is critical to copy and past, preserving author's original characters, ASCII stuff… Hay look, more 'II', see below.

Many talk lower case 'L' and upper case 'I' (see eye).

I suggest that is wrong focus.  Some are forcing 'li'… lie… we lie, missing final 'e'.

But NO!  Lower case L is what we expect in context. Text does not go strange until the capital I appears at end of word. Capital 'I', I suggest is start of code not end, ignore lower case L because it is not strange.

Overlap between Q and Q+, recognizing how they dovetail, I would describe as a bit flaky. It is seldom straight forward, exact character for exact character, total duplication. It is ballpark… my recall having reviewed a great many that Q seems to confirm.

Apply that to this. Take note that Q+ gave us capital i, comma, capital i. Now that is a strange occurrence, 2 capital 'i' separated by comma space. Throw out comma and space, think ballpark. Reduces to 2 capital 'i', very strange construct too, in simple text messaging. Chase 'ii' through Q. I find 67. Most frequent is Godfather III because 2 capital 'i' together is typical Roman number 2, one more gets you to 3. World War 2 is also common. Hawaii pops often enough… hmm, strange, word with 2 'i'. Plausible and possible POTUS suggest where he is or where he is going.

'ii' could be short for eye eye, suggesting eyes open and look. But then does 45 need to tell Anons to do that ? ! ? This is strictly POTUS to Anon comm because nobody else is going to see it, chase it, or care about it. Typo says it all, to all the rest.

'ii' could suggest 'aye aye' but POTUS is commander, it is what others say to him, he says it to no one, except maybe FLOTUS. Hmm, maybe FLOTUS ordered him out of house. 

Curious, out of all the Roman number 2 in Q Code, most recent comes from day before 10-1-20, drop 4802:

"Trade today [China phase II held accountable]?"

Is POTUS saying, 'I'm carrying on, picking up from yesterday, dealing with China, making them pay, and by the way Hawaii is much closer, or on the way. We all know his favorite name for Virus is China. Is he saying, I got China Virus… on my mind, on my desk, I really do have it. 

Multiple meanings? If POTUS wanted to point to Godfather III, I think he would have worked in a third capital 'i' in the brief text.
