Scanning around the internet this morning, seems many ppl all over are starting to entertain the idea that this may be a bioterrorism attack. Not a far-fetched idea considering the war going on. Hope it is all being thoroughly investigated.

Whatever is actually happening, this will no doubt kick off Round 2 lockdowns in earnest.
