DeSantis and 9 other members of Congress sent a letter today to Sessions, Wray and Huber requesting investigations for possible federal crimes of Comey, HRC, Lynch, McCabe, Strzok, Page, Yates and Boente.

They propose that Rosenstein be recused.

Boente is interesting, he is referenced as "former Acting Attorney General" which he was when a FISA renewal application was filed. But since Jan. 23, 2018, Boente is General Counsel of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
