Has anybody seen these videos on Youtube?

They're posted by someone with the handle 7 9, with an avatar of soldiers. In the video description, there's what looks like Hex code, which converted to ASCII says something meaningful. I'm not sure if this is real or a LARP, cause it was posted well after the plane incident, and Q saying that this was a setup. Any thoughts?
