Honestly not sure why they have multiple company variations. Meenakshi Jain seems to be mentioned numerous times as the primary or sole company director in the companies I've found. Dr. Tinkle Jain seems to be also listed numerous times.

 

I would be interesting to see who this Indian family is. As of 2013:

  • They had ~$130M in real estate holdings in India, the UK, and USA.

  • Their business interests were in Malaysia, Indonesia, India, China and the UK.

  • Their businesses employed more than 5,000 people worldwide

 

Apparently their family is known to "specialise" in rescuing stricken companies.
