Since Q has a Looking Glass and can determine all probable best futures, why would POTUS be allowed to catch Rona?

So why not just fake it?
are all the people infected at the ACB Rose Garden event in the cabinet or otherwise R's? They could all be in on the script.
The rapid onset being different than regular Rona indicates either a new version or it's fake.
