Religion is only that which brings people closer to God, which creates unity, which exists in an atmosphere of love. Codify this into law. Create tests for determining what is out and what is in. If a rabbi or priest or imam is strict and yells at children, he is out. If his congregation support him, take their meeting places and put them on the street with nothing except that which others are willing to give them out of simple human kindness.
