400 god damn blasting caps stolen from a bunker.

 

That's huge. Seriously, this hasn't happened in years. Giant scale. Either their contractors are using it, or it's going straight to terrorism.

 

400 god damn blasting caps, and 600 lbs of tnt. The hardest part to DIY is the blasting cap, 5-10lb kickers will detonate amfo nicely.
