Interesting. NM is Johnson's home state, so not surprising he was able to do the cockblock there. Probably one of the reasons he was placed in that role. Too bed for Them that he was such a limp dick Loser everywhere else.
Interesting tangent and possibly relevant, as the next NSA director is Army Lt. Gen. Nakasone.
Information Papers - Future Force Integration Directorate
What is it?
The Future Force Integration Directorate (FFID), located at Fort Bliss, Texas, integrates modernization efforts in support of Army transformation in order to provide Future Combat Systems (FCS) enabled modular brigades beginning FY 2011 and a fully equipped FCS Brigade Combat Team (FBCT) at full operational capability in 2017 to Joint Force commanders.
FFID serves as TRADOC’s and ARCIC’s primary integrator for the Army’s Future Combat Systems (FCS). FCS is a system-of-systems, centered on the Soldier, consisting of a network and a combination of manned and unmanned systems that use advanced network architecture to enable increased levels of Joint connectivity, situational awareness, situational understanding, and synchronized operations that were previously unachievable. FCS is designed to interact with and enhance the Army’s most valuable weapon—the Soldier.
When fully operational, FBCTs will provide the Army and the Joint Force with unprecedented capability to see the enemy, engage him on our terms, and defeat him on the 21st century battlefield.

Trump taps Army cyber chief as next NSA head
By MARTIN MATISHAK 02/13/18 05:50 PM EST
President Donald Trump on Tuesday nominated Lt. Gen. Paul Nakasone, the leader of the Army's digital warfighting arm, to helm the National Security Agency.
The move, which was long expected, will also put Nakasone atop U.S. Cyber Command, the Defense Department's digital warfighting unit, once he is confirmed by the Senate. The two organizations have shared a leader since the Pentagon launched Cyber Command in 2009.
Nakasone, 54, has been the chief of Army Cyber Command since late 2016. In that role, he also directed Joint Task Force Ares, a special unit that develops digital weapons to attack and disrupt the Islamic State's online operations.
Prior to that, Nakasone served at Cyber Command, where he oversaw the units tasked with defending the country's digital networks and information systems, collectively known as the Cyber National Mission Force.
"Both the NSA and Cyber Command need a new head after current NSA Director Adm. Mike Rogers announced he would retire this spring after a nearly four-year term."
