A word search talks about a "CaptainWeliin regard toSomalia. Haven't looked too closely yet. But on that same page on that siteSorosis also mentioned, several times.

I'm not familiar with wikileaks, so I can't tell if this is talking about wikileaks or it is wikileaks.

I also found it on this actual wiki leaks page. It's talking about how Somalia was becoming another Iran.
