I believe what you are describing is considered the highly infectious disease ward. I design hospitals and health care centers (where COVID patients could potentially be kept) and we absolutely specify fabrics, curtains, etc. And yes they are specialized materials that are both anti-microbial and easily cleanable with hardcore chemicals.

You are correct in your assessments. However, those considerations really didn’t begin to translate into real architectural solutions until the past decade, and more so the past few years. So most hospitals are still absolute nightmares to decontaminate.
Q also implied that Huma is Hillary’s handler—superior— so I’m skeptical if she would flip.
I’m leaning toward the Surprise being the lap top, since it’s release would focus on Hillary, and can’t really be spun as targeting Joe, directly. (Though it will destroy the D Party.)
