I started with this I found this site about wikileaks:

A word search for "Weli" brought up a "CaptainWeliin regard toSomalia.

At the actual wiki leaks page, it talks about how Somalia was becoming another Iran, and specifically, this "Captain Weli" which leaked documents to theChineseof plans against certain factions in Somalia.

So then I did a search for "weli Chinese". I found this aboutWeli Ayupis aUyghurwriter and linguist from the Xinjiang province inChina. The sanctions against China by the U.S. center around their violating human rights relative to the Uyghurs, and POTUS has mentioned this on several occasions. This translator had apparently been imprisoned.

That second screen shot is of an article from which I quoted a couple of breads ago. It mentioned a woman named FurtanWeli(been doing a dig on "weli"). She runs a foundation for women and children, and was also in Somalia planting "charities" there.
