Florida has a strict, defined absentee ballot process in place that has been used for years.

In Florida, you must REQUEST an absentee ballot via mail w/ a signature.
That is checked against the voter rolls for accuracy.
AFTER the information AND signature are confirmed, Only THEN is an absentee ballot sent out to THAT ADDRESS FOR THAT PERSON.
When returned, it is again checked against the current voter rolls and counted AFTER the confirmations ALL check out.
This is hardly what is taking place where [they] are blindly sending out thousands of bogus ballots to every name and/or address they can find.
