Huber investigation been going on since last year specifically into these issues.
When the letter is received Huber confirms validity of claims. No need to wait months to verify content of letter from congress.
Huber probably has more than congress at this point.
Huber is a prosecutor inside DOJ but OUTSIDE the DC swamp.
