So wait a sec…Did Sessions recuse himself not because he’s an idiot, but because he was working on a case tied already to the subject matter (Russia and US political corruption?). Did he recuse because his knowledge of all of the Russian + US players would have caused bias in this new investigation? Would they have been able to cry foul if he stayed involved as AG?

In Post 1215, are you trying to say Sessions staying involved would have allowed them to cry of conspiracy (“conspiracy risk”)? And that his investigation and findings were planned for later (hence recusal?)
