New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio on Sunday announced he is planning on closing all “non-essential” businesses including public and private schools and indoor dining in 9 zip codes beginning on Wednesday.

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio says all non-essential businesses, public and private schools will close Wednesday in nine zip codes in Brooklyn and Queens, if approved by the state, after reporting coronavirus cases above a 3 percent positivity rate for at least seven consecutive days.

The closures would impact roughly half a million people in the following zip codes: 11691 (Edgemere/Far Rockaway), 11219 (Borough Park), 11223 (Gravesend/Homecrest), 11230 (Midwood), 11204 (Bensonhurt/Mapleton), 11210 (Flatlands/Midwood), 11229 (Gerritsen Beach/Homecrest/Sheepshead Bay), 11415 (Kew Gardens), 11367 (Kew Gardens Hills/Pomonok).

Within those nine zip codes, the mayor says approximately 100 public and 200 non-public schools would be closed. Students in the identified zip codes would be allowed to return to their schools on Monday and Tuesday to meet with teachers and plan for a school-wide return to remote learning.

Bill de Blasio made this announcement during a press conference on Sunday.

“Pending approval from the state of New York, starting Wednesday morning, public and nonpublic schools would be closed in these areas,” de Blasio said.

De Blasio actually admitted there are no problems with Covid infections in the schools, but he is closing them down anyway to “be proactive.”

“This was not an easy choice to make, and let me be clear: we haven’t seen any issues in these schools. We must, however, be proactive about the safety and health of New Yorkers,” de Blasio said. “This is out of an abundance of caution and in coordination with a larger strategy that mirrors what we did successfully in the spring of a larger shutdown to make ensure we stopped the spread.”

“We are waiting for the state’s approval and support before we move forward,” de Blasio said. “This is an action being taken out of an abundance of caution.”

Republicans Decry Nancy Pelosi for Withholding Coronavirus Aid for Political ‘Expediency’

Republican congressional candidates and Rep. Ted Budd (R-NC) told Breitbart News Saturday that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) would rather see the “demise” of the country than work with President Donald Trump on a bipartisan coronavirus aid package.

Republican candidates Yvette Herrell, Derrick Van Orden, Jim Bognet, and Budd spoke to Breitbart News Saturday host Matthew Boyle as Pelosi continues to withhold coronavirus aid to small businesses and workers suffering from the effects of the pandemic.

Herrell, who hopes to unseat Rep. Xochitl Torres Small (D-NM) in New Mexico’s second congressional district, decried Pelosi’s political brinksmanship during the coronavirus negotiations.

“Nancy Pelosi just pushes it to the edge every single time, and, sadly, she would rather see the demise of our nation than stand with our president,” she said.

Herrell said that Torres Small continues to rally “with Pelosi against all of Trump’s administrative policies against bills that would help the American people, and we just can’t have that.”

She added that the New Mexico Democrat “comes to the district and acts like she’s a conservative Democrat working hard for the people of New Mexico, but they are wising up to the fact that actions speak louder than words.”

A recent poll found that Herrell leads Torres Small by one point at 48 to 47 percent.

Budd told Boyle that, while coronavirus aid programs continue to languish, Pelosi is holding votes to condemn QAnon instead of working with the president and denouncing Black Lives Matter (BLM) and Antifa.

Budd also said Pelosi is “using the working men and women, or at least those who want to be working men and women, as a political football for her own expediency. It’s shameful what’s she’s done. Look, we’ve waited around when we voted on silly things like QAnon, which did not denounce the BLM and Antifa these destructive organizations, when we could actually be providing help to those who need it, including the airlines.”

Budd also slammed Pelosi for including leftist carveouts in her coronavirus bills, such as stimulus payments for illegal immigrants.

He said, “Like giving money to illegals, why would you ever want to put something like that in a coronavirus bill? Look, we want to help the American people, but she makes it so toxic that you can’t help regular working men and women on the street. She doesn’t want a bill; she believes that something is not better than nothing, and she would rather play hardball with the lection than help the average man and woman on the street.”

Armenia's National Security Service Says Foreign Citizens Detained on Espionage Claims

The National Security Service of Armenia has said on Sunday evening that several foreign citizens have been detained on suspicion of espionage.

"We have received factual information on foreign citizens' collection of data about military equipment belonging to the Armenian armed forces, the transportation of weapons, the location of military units, as well as those mobilized under martial law and their size. On October 2, several foreign citizens were detained on suspicion of espionage and inciting Armenian citizens to conduct espionage," a statement on the National Security Service's website read.

The statement provided no information on the number of foreign citizens detained or their nationality.

The National Security Service is continuing its investigation to establish the identities of other foreign citizens and Armenian citizens who may have been involved.

The arrests come amid large-scale fighting in Nagorno-Karabakh. Nearly 40 civilians, and hundreds of servicemen from both sides, have been killed, with the Armenia-backed self-proclaimed Artsakh Republic and Azerbaijan accusing one another of deliberately targeting civilian areas in missile and artillery strikes.

CNN’s Sanjay Gupta: Trump Doctors, Team Are ‘Purposely Misleading’ — ‘They Are Hiding Things’

CNN’s chief medical correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta said on Sunday after the latest press conference from President Donald Trump’s doctors outside Walter Reed National Military Medical Center that White House physician Dr. Sean Conley was “purposely misleading” the public about the president’s condition.

Gupta added Trump’s team “are hiding things.”

Anchor Tapper said, “Some interesting comments from Commander Conley, who before this episode had an impeccable reputation. He was asked why he didn’t give all the information yesterday, and he said he was trying to, I’m quoting, trying to reflect the upbeat attitude of the team and not give any information that would steer the course of his illness. Is that what a physician is supposed to do?”

Gupta said, “No. I mean, you’ve got to be honest. You’ve got to be transparent—all these details matter. I mean, he is out and coming out to brief the public about the president. That’s the briefing that’s happening. If you are going to do that, then you have to be absolutely honest. And it wasn’t just sort of conveying an upbeat attitude. He was — it was purposely misleading yesterday about a very basic issue, which is whether or not the president had been on supplemental oxygen is one of those issues. That’s important, Jake, because when you look at patients the way that doctors approach this, we know his age, we know his pre-existing risk factors, you can immediately start to assess his risk as more data comes in that risk sort of stratification changes. If he required oxygen, that definitely indicates that there was some impacts, significant impact on his lungs, and that puts him on a different trajectory.”

Tapper said, “I am the son of a doctor and a nurse, and I understand the inclination in the public to believe doctors. We want to believe doctors. We also have to note there is a long and ugly history in this country of presidents not being honest about their health with the American people and doctors being used as part of that cover-up. One hundred years ago, it was Woodrow Wilson, FDR, John F. Kennedy, Ronald Reagan, and on and on and on. It’s the reason when I interviewed Joe Biden, made him give a pledge, would he always be upfront about all aspects of his health in real time. We’re not getting that from Donald Trump and his team right now. We are not getting all of the facts. Why?”

Gupta said, “Well you know I’d have to say that they are hiding things, Jake. I mean, I hate to say it.”

The SEC Is Making Deutsche's CEO Personally Responsible For Bank's Crimes

Since launching its last major international expansion push in the late 1990s, Deutsche Bank has become knonw - particularly over the last ten years - for manipulating markets (most recently in the precious metals "spoofing" scandal in the US) and aiding countless oligarchs and criminals in their money laundering endeavors, among other transgressions. The bank has paid more than $20 billion in fines to various regulators around the world over the last 10 years, and as Wirecard blew up, it was revealed that the German fintech graud nearly swallowed up Deutsche in an attempt to disguise the massive hole in Wirecard's balance sheet.

The bank is also in the middle of the biggest bloodletting of a major financial institution since Lehman, with the bank expected to cut more than 20,000 jobs from its head count.

But on Sunday, Bloomberg published a story that caught our attention because it promised something so far in the post- (and pre-) financial crisis world: the notion that a megabank CEO might find themselves in silver bracelets if the bank gets caught laundering money for drug cartels, or ripping off pension funds, etc…

President Trump's SEC, not exactly reknowned for taking corporate malfeasance to task, has imposed a new condition on Deutsche Bank CEO Christian Sewing. The CEO must now, on an annual basis, personally certify that the bank is abiding by an agreement with the federal government stemming from alleged violations of swaps reporting rules.

According to Bloomberg, DB sought a waiver from the DoJ at the end of last month to settle the swaps violations. But when approached, the SEC surprised Deutsche by adding an unexpected stipulation: that the bank's CEO and top attorney personally vouch that the bank is complying with its commitments to US prosecutors.

The SEC in almost every case grants firms waivers that exempt them from additional punishments, but Deutsche Bank didn’t immediately realize it needed one. That kicked-off a flurry of behind-the-scenes negotiations between Deutsche Bank and the SEC, with the lender ultimately securing its crucial waiver on Sept. 24.

What makes the Deutsche Bank situation stand out is the harsh stipulation that the SEC attached: The bank’s CEO and top lawyer must personally attest to the firm’s compliance with the CFTC settlement for three years.

It’s debatable whether Sewing, who became CEO in 2018, faces much legal peril. He would likely only face consequences if he certified that Deutsche Bank was complying with the CFTC settlement and the bank wasn’t. Still, financial firms are typically loath to offer regulators concessions that put top management at risk.

In its request for an SEC waiver, Deutsche Bank said it has an established process for assessing the collateral consequences of settling enforcement actions. However, the possibility of the additional SEC penalty wasn’t considered, the firm said in its application. Deutsche Bank added that the alleged CFTC violations were unintentional and completely unrelated to its mutual fund business.

Both of the SEC’s Republican commissioners and its two Democrats approved the waiver with the certification requirement, according to a tally of votes on the agency’s website. SEC Chairman Jay Clayton, a political independent, didn’t participate in the vote.

Judicial Watch Lawsuit Forces Pennsylvania Counties to Confess They Submitted Inaccurate Data to Government on Eligible Voters

Several counties in the battleground state of Pennsylvania were forced to admit they submitted erroneous information to the government regarding the state’s eligible voters.

Earlier this year, conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit against three counties in Pennsylvania in an effort to clean up their dirty voting rolls after they discovered the number of registered voters was unusually high.

Dirty voter rolls increase the likelihood of fraud.

Judicial Watch discovered Bucks County, Chester County and Delaware County had an unusually low number of voters removed under the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA).

Sure enough, these three counties admitted they submitted inaccurate data to the government regarding eligible voters, thanks to Judicial Watch.

Judicial Watch announced today that the State of Pennsylvania and three Pennsylvania counties admitted they reported incorrect information to a federal agency concerning the removal of ineligible voters from their voter rolls.

Federal regulations require Pennsylvania to certify to the federal Election Assistance Commission (EAC) the number of voter registrations removed from the rolls under the NVRA because the voter has moved out of state. According to data the State certified to the EAC in the most recent two-year reporting period:

Bucks County, with about 457,000 registrations, removed a total of eight names under the relevant NVRA procedures;

Chester County, with about 357,000 registrations, removed five names under those procedures; and

Delaware County, with about 403,000 registrations, removed four names under those procedures.

In recent court filings, Pennsylvania admitted it had certified incorrect data to the EAC. The State alleged unverified, revised figures for Bucks, Chester, and Delaware counties. Those three counties also alleged their own unverified, revised figures, which differed, however, from those provided by the State. The new numbers alleged by the State and its counties are still a small fraction of the voter names likely inactive, according to Judicial Watch’s analysis provided to the court. Judicial Watch contends that, “even if these numbers are accurate, which we do not concede, they would still be removing too few old registrations.”

Department of Veterans Affairs overpaid Choice Act healthcare costs by $132 million

A new OIG report details the systematic lack attention paid to the third-party administrator reimbursement process.

The Golden Horseshoe is a weekly designation from Just the News intended to highlight egregious examples of wasteful taxpayer spending by the government. The award is named for the horseshoe-shaped toilet seats for military airplanes that cost the Pentagon a whopping $640 each back in the 1980s.

This week, our award is going to the Department of Veterans Affairs, for spending an estimated $132.1 million more than necessary by reimbursing third-party administrative healthcare claims at rates significantly higher than the market average for similar medical services.

A new Veterans Affairs inspector general report details an audit of the Veterans Choice Program that shows the Office of Community Care "did not ensure that payment-rate schedules were current, accurate, and complete to prevent overpayments" pertaining to the Choice Act.

The Choice Program, which ran through 2019, was an initiative that was meant to give veterans more options for receiving healthcare (from non-VA providers), in addition to granting the Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs more authority to get rid ineffective executives at the department.

Two past OIG reports revealed that the program had been plagued with serious issues since its inception, wasting more than $140 million cumulatively on payment errors.

Within the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Office of Community Care is the division responsible for arranging payments between the agency and third-party administrators. They were therefore contractually obligated to reimburse third-party administrators at "verified usual and customary rates when no Medicare or VA fee schedule rates were available," according to the report.

‘DEFUND THE POLICE’: Liberals ‘Shocked’ as New Crime Stats Reveal Murders And Shootings in NYC Increased by 127% Compared to 2019

New York City, NY, USA – Murders in New York City rose 79 percent last month compared to last year, and shooting incidents soared 127 percent, according to new NYPD crime statistics. The citywide crime stats released on Friday show that New York’s summer crime wave continued into September, as the city continues to grapple with a disturbing rise in violence, Daily Mail reported.

Tensions in the city remain high after months of coronavirus lockdowns, economic misery and unrest in the streets, causing petty disputes to frequently escalate quickly into violence. As well, police say that gang violence has been a major factor in the rise in shootings.

There were 152 shooting incidents across the city in September, compared to just 67 such incidents in the same month last year, a 127 percent increase, the data shows. Over the first nine months of 2020, shootings were up 91 percent. Also last month, there were 51 murders in New York, compared to 29 in September of last year, an increase of 79 percent.

Through September 30, there were 344 murders in the city, compared to 246 murders in the first nine months of 2019, an increase of 40 percent. Burglaries also rose an alarming 38 percent in September and were up 42 percent for the year through September 30.

In a press release, the NYPD touted its “strong enforcement efforts”, saying that gun arrests rose 98 percent in September from the same month last year.

“NYPD officers have achieved this record level of enforcement despite the approximately 2,500 officer reduction in manpower—from attrition and no new academy classes—as well as a 59 percent cut to the uniformed overtime budget,” the department said.

Previously, Police Commissioner Dermot Shea has directly blamed Mayor Bill de Blasio’s $1 billion cut to the NYPD budget for the city’s recent surge in crime. The $1 billion budget cut resulted in policing funds being reallocated to education and social services over the next year.

“You think back, crime follows certain patterns and trends. Certainly, we see upticks if violence in the summer… To have this crazy time happen this year, certainly, and leading to a defunding, it’s really hurt,” Shea told Fox Business Network last week.

“This defunding movement at a time when we know crime generally takes an upward trajectory in the summer has been a double-whammy,” Shea added.

Shea said the COVID-19 pandemic’s impact on the court system and legislative factors such as bail reform had also played a role in surging crime rates. On Friday, Shea praised the men and women of the NYPD for the sharp rise in arrests for illegal guns in September.

“Despite the unparalleled challenges they face every day, our officers continue to engage with the community and zero in on the drivers of crime,” Shea said in a statement.

“I thank the men and women of the NYPD who work relentlessly, day-in and day-out, to keep New Yorkers in every neighborhood safe. We will continue to address crime upticks and work in close partnership with the residents we are sworn to serve,” he added.

Across the country, most major cities have seen a sharp rise in violent crimes since late May.

On Thursday, actor Rick Moranis, 67, got an unfortunate taste of New York City’s rising violence when a man punched him in the face in a shocking unprovoked sidewalk attack on the Upper West Side. Video released by NYPD shows the “Honey, I Shrunk The Kids” star walking southbound on Central Park West near West 70th Street at about 7.30 AM on Thursday.

Suddenly, an unidentified man wearing an “I Love NY” hoodie strikes Moranis in the head, knocking him to the ground. NYPD did not reveal the victim as Moranis in the public alert, but law enforcement confirmed his identity to the New York Post.

She apparently took a class “Gender, Sex and Power” and another “The History of Human Rights”.

Those are odd choices – human rights and gender, sex and power – for a woman who joined a sex cult where she was a slave to a man, Keith Raniere, and who made other women, her slaves, be his grand slaves, even taking blackmail collateral and branding them on their groins, while requiring her slaves to have sex with Raniere.

I previously reported that a young woman posted a video on TikTok about Allison Mack.

The video is interesting because it reveals Mack was an eager student and was not immediately known to her classmates. The classmate of Mack said in the video:

“Hey guys, this is like a female put your finger down so don’t look at the audio beforehand just like do like this immediately. OK. So put a finger down if you have long hair.

Will Lebanon be the Next US-NATO Humanitarian War? The Elimination of Hezbollah is Israel’s Top Priority

The waters off Lebanon are the scene of a gathering Armada of French and American naval ships. What appeared at first to be a humanitarian response to the devastating Beirut Port explosion on August 4, is now feared to be the prelude of the next US-NATO humanitarian war.

French President Emmanuel Macron blamed Hezbollah and all of the Lebanese politicians Sunday and warned of a new civil war. “I’m ashamed of the Lebanese political leaders. Ashamed,” Macron repeated.

He accused them of “collective betrayal” while putting their parties and personal greed above the needs of the Lebanese people.

Some political observers now believe that Lebanon may well be going the way of Somalia, as evidenced by the characteristics of a failing state, such as lack of governance, corruption and incompetence, chronic humanitarian problems, and persistent social tensions.

Prime minister-designate Moustapha Adib stepped down September 26, and Lebanon’s Central Bank reserves may soon dry up and the government would no longer be able to subsidize basic goods such as fuel, medicine, and wheat.

Macron has been pressing Lebanese politicians to form a Cabinet made up of technocrats that can work on urgent reforms, and Macron has traveled twice to Beirut since August 4, while making it a personal mission to try to repair the devastated country, which some see as a neo-colonial farce.

Macron criticized the Lebanese system of sectarian politics, “as if competence was linked to religious confession.”

He lambasted Hezbollah demanding to know its characteristics and identity, and he criticized Lebanese political leaders from all parties and dynasties. Each Lebanese faction has found a foreign godfather and has ended up as a pawn in a regional and international chess game. Tens of billions of dollars have reportedly been looted by politicians and deposited in European and American banks.

US-NATO Humanitarian wars

In 1999 NATO updated its ‘Strategic Concept’ to allow members to defend not only other members but also conduct ‘non-Article 5 Response Operations’. It would be under this mechanism that a US-NATO military operation, along with an Arab Gulf coalition, would be used to attack, invade and defeat Hezbollah in Lebanon.

Since 2002, it was agreed that NATO forces could be sent “wherever they are needed,” regardless of the location, and in 2006 the NATO Response Force (NRF) of 25,000 troops has been fully operational.

US President Bill Clinton and NATO waged the humanitarian war on the former Yugoslavia, which broke a larger nation into ‘bite-sized’ pieces.

Critics of the US-NATO bombing of Yugoslavia have argued that certain attacks forming part of the campaign violated international humanitarian law. Noam Chomsky argued that the main objective of the US-NATO war was to force Yugoslavia into the Western economic system since it was the only country in the region that stood alone in defiance of the US world domination.

New England Journal of Medicine says people refusing MANDATORY coronavirus vaccines should be severely punished, locked in their homes and fired from their jobs

Welcome to the new medical fascism of 2020. The New England Journal of Medicine, the same fake science rag that committed total fraud to dishonestly smear hydroxychloroquine and protect the interests of vaccine companies, is now saying that all human beings must be forced to take mandatory vaccines. Those who refuse should face severe punishment, the NEJM insists, and insidious measures should be pursued to make sure no one can challenge the punishments in a court of law.

“[B]ecause of the infectiousness and dangerousness of the virus, relatively substantive penalties could be justified, including employment suspension or stay-at-home orders for persons in designated high-priority groups who refuse vaccination,” says the NEJM paper.

It also states that authoritarian medical personnel should bypass due process so that no one can challenge their orders in a court of law, stating, “Neither fines nor criminal penalties should be used, however… criminal penalties invite legal challenges on procedural due-process grounds [and] may stoke distrust.”

It goes on to explain that vaccine mandates should not be promoted as mandates. Instead, those who refuse vaccines should be harshly punished as a way to force the mandates without ever declaring it. “[S]tate mandates should not be structured as compulsory vaccination (absolute requirements); instead, noncompliance should incur a penalty,” the paper states.

And then, incredibly, the same paper goes on to claim that health authorities must “build public trust” through a “transparent and inclusive process,” even though the same paper openly claimed the public should be misled and coerced into vaccine mandates.

To its credit, the paper does argue that vaccine manufacturers should not be involved in crafting public policy or pushing mandates, since no one trusts the vaccine companies anymore. (Amazing how quickly that happened, isn’t it?)

So the bottom line here is as follows:

The health authoritarians are pushing for mandatory vaccines, but they won’t call them “mandates.”

Instead, they will PUNISH you for refusing to go along with their mandates, making your life miserable.

They are avoiding any mandates that could be challenged in a court of law in order to bypass due process.

They then claim this is how the vaccine industry can “build trust” with the public by pretending to be engaged in “transparency.”

Thanks to covid-19 tyrants, the whole idea of “informed consent” is now ancient history across the medical science establishment. Vaccine promoters believe they are the new “Judge Dredd” enforcers of society, and they believe that their experimental concoctions, no matter how risky or dangerous, should be forcibly injected into all human beings. Those who resist should be severely punished, they claim, and they will punish you in a way that you can’t challenge in a court of law.

And the fake news media is 100% behind all this and will shame you if you don’t go along.
