I know there's been lots of talk of Potus being on a boat, but I think according to plane, he is safely insulated on AF1. Both of his vids "from WReed" have what sounds like jet engine hum in the background, and the movement of the camera seems more in line with slight airplane turbulence or updrafts rather than the pitch of a ship.
